How to use Scribd

Hi Guys

Scribd is the easiest way to post information and work on your blogs without them looking a complete mess.

Go to the website for Scribd and sign up you need to use your Culverhay email and invent a password (try to use the same one you have created for your bloggnig account.

Once set up you can Upload work by clicking upload. This doposites your work on your home page.

What you will need to do is set up a "collection" for each unit you are studying, so create a collection for unit 7. You can then transfer the work to your collection. Once this is done the home page can be cleaned up by deleting the folders.

To get your work onto your blog click the work on scribd so it opens and then copy the web address. Go to your blog and open the relevant page and click edit page. Then click the "link" tab and simply copy and paste tghe web address of your scribed work. This will allow you to easily link between your blog and scribd and let your teachers see you work as well without the blog looking like a mess.

Thanks

Mr Seavill
